COSMETIC BREAST SURGERY

Cosmetic breast surgery includes a variety of procedures to enhance the natural appearance of the breast. This includes changing the size and contour of the breast, often creating a larger, more proportional, and more curvaceous appearance. Often these procedures  are performed with either a saline or silicone implant which is inserted into the breast pocket through a small incision. Breast augmentation procedures with either silicone or saline implants is one of the most common cosmetic surgery procedures performed in the United States and has an extremely high satisfaction rate. Good candidates for these procedures are women who desire increased or decreased volume or fullness of the breast. Cosmetic breast surgery is often used to counter the effects of aging, weight fluctuations, pregnancy, and breastfeeding.
