LABIAPLASTY

A labiaplasty is a surgical procedure performed to address excess skin on the labia minora or majora. This can be done to address asymmetry or achieve a desired aesthetic result. Like other cosmetic surgery procedures, labiaplasty is tailored to the individual patient so as to address their concerns. In addition to achieving a desired aesthetic result, labiaplasty can be performed to address recurrent urinary tract infections, painful intercourse, or changes following vaginal delivery. This procedure will take about 1 to 2 hours and can be performed under local or general anesthesia in our accredited surgical center. Patients will return home the same day as surgery. The ideal candidate for this procedure is healthy, does not vape or smoke, at or near their ideal weight, and desires cosmetic surgery to address excess tissue of the labia major and/or labia minora.
